Establish a continuous process of degassing of food products. Degassers enable removed of gases and aromas contained in the thermally treated product by vacuum generated. The design allows a reduction of the foam. Degassing, in addition to removing unwanted odors, prevents the formation of air pockets, increase the intensity of heat transfer and degree of homogenization and increase the durability of the product.

milk, cream, milk drinks, juices.
